My background spans 17 years with senior programme leadership at Unilever and Lipton teas and infusions, delivering global innovation leading within R&D and partnering with supply chain and marketing. I know what it feels like to lead through complexity, ambiguity and sustained pressure, because I've done it and have seen the fruit when it’s done well.

I now bring that experience alongside executive coaching and a pastoral depth that offers something distinctive: practical credibility combined with genuine presence and purpose.

    A confidential peer group for directors, deliberately small, by design

    Threshing is an old process — separating what has genuine value from what doesn't. Keeping the grain. Letting go of the chaff. Under sustained pressure, directors rarely get the chance to do this. Everything feels urgent. The noise drowns out the signal.

    The Threshing Room is a maximum of eight directors, cross-sector, meeting monthly in a confidential facilitated space — with individual 1:1 coaching woven in between each session. Not a course. Not a network. A room where directors think together, honestly.

    With a PhD in Materials Science and 17 years delivering global innovation programmes at Unilever and Lipton — across R&D, supply chain and marketing — I understand what it takes to get complex things done inside large organisations.

    I work with organisations in two connected ways. As an interim or fractional programme lead (1–2 days per week), I step in to bring structure, coordination and senior rigour to programmes that need it. And as a facilitator, I work directly with teams, helping them find alignment, reconnect to purpose, navigate change and build stronger ways of working together.

    This isn't generic consultancy or off-the-shelf workshop delivery. It's hands-on senior experience applied to your actual situation by someone who has led cross-functional teams through real complexity, not just advised on it.
